A. My belief is that EFT in particular can do
anything if you tap it into the body correctly. ESM is effective at keeping
things at bay and maintaining the status quo, but EFT is the most effective
at actually clearing emotions. I literally believe if tapped in correctly,
it could help with anything. Sometimes it does take some detective work to
find out what the correct way is, like how to word it, where the memory is,
and what body part is not functioning, etc.
A. Neither one is more effective that the other.
I kinetically test and this can be done by phone, as much as in person. I
can get back to original memories over the phone and test for emotional stressors
over the phone. It is easier to “show” a person where to tap in person, but
I do have ways of making sure you are tapping the correct spot even over the
phone.
A. I call it a boot camp, because it
takes effort and you need to come to the table ready to put that effort into
it. It is an all encompassing program. It targets your emotions on why you
keep the weight on. I then target the allergies usually responsible for clogging
your body so it is difficult to loose weight. I target Candida, which is a
trigger for sweets and a reason why some people do not loose weight. I target
exercises and set you up on a diversified program so your body does not “adapt”
and slow down your progress. I then have give you a nutrition consult who
can identify problem areas and help you change habits, plus, we will tap out
the reasons why you have those habits to begin with. I will also give you
ways of tapping out your triggers, your limiting beliefs, i.e. weight loss
is hard, and cravings. It is a total comprehensive program with different
programs for all health levels, plus, as a health coach, we will set attainable
goals and I keep you focused on those goals by holding you accountable for
them.
A. It varies with every person. It
also varies on how much intensity you put into the program. So,
I do not guarantee a certain amount.
A. Most of my programs are 12 weeks. It is designed
to get you motivated and on a specific program during the first four to six
weeks. Then you maintain that and I show you how to adapt it to your specific
needs. At the end of the 12 weeks, you will have a program that you can adapt
at any point for different circumstances, know your triggers, have cleared
all emotional blocks, allergy blocks, and physical ailments impeding your
ability to do your program. It is something you can use the rest of your life.
A. Each program or package that is offered is
geared to a specific need. The varying levels in the weight loss section is
for varying degrees of health, so pick what best suites where you are in your
life. The programs are specific to needs to specific diseases, but there is
one general plan that can be used for any problem.
A. There are different packages for different
degrees of being in shape and diseases. So pick what is right for you. If
you have a problem determining that, talk to me and we can work out a program
that is right for you.
A. No, it’s a way of life. You will learn techniques
and ways to change your eating habits, but it is also a change in behavioral
eating and how you will eat the rest of your life, not a diet.
A. Each program has a cost that is substantially
below the average per session rate. If you choose, though, you can do session
to session and just take it a bit at a time.
A. For individual sessions, there is no guarantee.
For all packages there is a one week money back guarantee. If you get into
it and think you do not want to do it anymore within that week, all money
will be returned, minus a process fee of $ 45.00. One thing to think about
though, is if you are struggling with one area, we can tap that out so that
it is not a problem anymore. This program is designed to take those problems
and help you overcome then, emotionally, and physically. Even if your desire
is just not there, we can work with that as well. You just have to be willing
to talk to me about it, be honest with your thoughts and feelings, and be
willing to do what I ask you to do.
A. Absolutely. You choose which program is best
suited to where you are at. If you are very unhealthy, have not exercised
for a while, and/or have a disease process of some sort, opt for the program
with more consults so that we can have more time to clear all of these issues.
If you are pretty healthy and can start the exercise program right off the
bat, then opt for the basic program where we start you gradually, clear emotions
still attached to your weight, and educate and help you get on a good eating
program. Every program has one on one time with consultations, but each program
is different in how many consults it will take to get you where you need to
be.
A. I am very flexible, but need commitment as
well. When you stop a program, it is hard to pick it back up and one of the
reasons I do it for 12 weeks is to get you to make this a habit. So, accidents,
emergencies do happen and I can be flexible, but would want you to try to
keep it fluent.
A. Absolutely. I would say it is the number one
reason why people have a hard time loosing weight, or why they yo-yo diet.
You use your weight as protection, a barrier at times against what the world
has to offer you. So, clearing that, not only clears your ability to loose
weight, but frees you up emotionally as well to feel more joy in your life.
A. The exercises are at different levels and should
be difficult at whatever level you are at. It is personalized to fit you and
where you are. I take a cross-fit mentality approach to the exercises. You
diversify and constantly challenge your body so that your muscles and metabolism
are constantly on alert. It shocks your body into loosing weight on a continual
basis, so your body does not adapt and hit a plateau.
A. Nutrition is a big part of your health, so
it is a big part of this program. This custom program is designed to takeyou
from where you are, clear allergies to foods so you are not
reacting to them anymore, and then slowly implement changes in your eating
habits to get you eating healthy. This program does not just address what
you eat, but also how you eat. Food combinations and how your body digests
them are just as important as what you eat. You will have a nutrition consult
to learn these things.
A. No. It is still a choice, but each week, you
will take baby steps in changing the eating habits of your choice. You will
have a nutrition consult so that you can be educated in what is healthy and
what is not, but you still choose those steps to take. We will, however, address
fears or problems you have with these changes as well. Things like, eating
healthy is boring, I hate healthy foods, I don’t want to give up sugar or
my sweets, I love soda, etc. I will give you a tapping protocol that you can
use to address cravings as well, so that it is easier to not over indulge
in something. I can also clear your desire for things like sugar, sodas, high
fat foods, eating out, etc., when you choose to do so. We will address these
one on one and also any memories or emotions that are attached to these foods,
making them so they are not as desirable to you as they were before.
A. This program is custom designed for you, so
any problems you have, we work around. We can even clear some problems with
the tapping and get you back into shape fast. Back problems, joint aches,
arthritis, fibromyalgia, are all manageable with EFT and once cleared, we
can get you on a program that will keep them in optimum shape, stabilizing
your core muscles, and working on strengthening your bones. If you have a
disease process or disability that I am able to work with and help you clear,
I would opt for the program with more weeks of individual consults, as this
provides more time to clear emotions that are causing these problems, so that
by the end of the program, you are up and running and are able to continue
it on your own.
A. These programs can be done exclusively over
the phone. I test kinetically for your energy, so I would still have the capacity
to find the root problems. I do assessments based on where you are in your
life, so being very truthful with me on where you are at and what problems
you are having is crucial. No one starts in the same place. This is all set
up to take you from where you are in your life and get you healthy.
A. Allergies and wheat intolerance is HUGE in
its role in weight loss. The body’s intolerance to food, especially ones you
eat a lot of, make it sluggish and ineffective at weight loss. Allergies can
be responsible for fatigue, sluggish thoughts, constipation, etc. All of these
affect how you feel. We address these one on one so that you can be at your
optimum state while you do this program.
A. Yeast/Candida are HUGE as well in weight loss.
Candida is responsible for those sugar/sweet cravings you have, as well as
problems with your bowels not handling foot correctly, how your metabolism
is running, etc. This is also something I address separately from weight loss
if people are just interested in dealing with their Candida problem and nothing
else.
A. All programs I do are designed to instruct
you on how to heal yourself. At the end of the program, you will know how
to tap out your emotional problems and how to stop cravings, etc. I can always
kinetically test you for underlying emotional memories in the future after
the program and then allow you to tap them out, allowing for a 20 minute session,
rather than an hour long session. These programs are designed to be empowering
and allow you to be able to heal yourself.
